15th Annual Tufts Neuroscience Symposium & Shucart Lecture

The symposium is a day of research talks aimed at neuroscientists, on the theme “Neural Metabolism Across Scales: From Cellular Bioenergetics to Systemic Energy Homeostasis.” Speakers include Gulcin Pekkurnaz of UC San Diego, Sabrina Diano of Columbia and Bradford Lowell of Harvard Medical School. At 3:45 Dana Small of McGill gives the Shucart Lecture, “Gut-brain Learning and Memory in Humans,” honoring William Shucart, former chair of Neurosurgery at Tufts.
