Whispers from the Veil: The Séance That Defied Science
Wed Oct 28 · 5pm & 6:30pm
An immersive séance in the gaslit parlor of 1920s Salem centres on Mina Crandon, the Boston medium known as “Margery” and billed as “the most famous and polarizing spiritual medium of the Jazz Age.” Scientists, magicians and skeptics gathered at her table while bells rang, ectoplasm materialised and her dead brother Walter's voice spoke from the dark. The audience decides whether it was contact with the dead or deception.
