The fourth BSides Cambridge, a community-organized one-day hacker conference, is free to participants thanks to its sponsors. The agenda includes John F. on threat modeling for activists and mutual-aid groups, Rushdi Abualhaija on auditing Greater Boston’s license-plate readers and surveillance networks, Samantha Saltzman’s hands-on workshop on securing a home network against one’s own ISP, and talks on attacks against Model Context Protocol servers and AI coding tools.
