Michael Clayton (2007)
Tony Gilroy's 2007 legal thriller Michael Clayton stars George Clooney as a burned-out fixer at a large New York law firm, caught between loyalty and conscience when star lawyer Arthur Edens (Tom Wilkinson) blows the whistle on a multi-billion-dollar settlement that litigator Karen Crowder (Tilda Swinton) cannot afford to lose. Mikal J. Gaines, associate professor of English at MCPHS, gives an optional seminar before the 35mm screening.
