Faculty Recital: Kenneth Radnofsky, Saxophone, and Friends
Saxophonist Kenneth Radnofsky and colleagues play Schoenberg and works written in his wake. At 6pm a new documentary about the composer is screened, followed by a panel moderated by Alex Ross, music critic of the New Yorker and author of The Rest Is Noise, with Schoenberg's son Larry among the panellists. Radnofsky founded the World-Wide Concurrent Premieres and Commissioning Fund.
