Nosferatu (1922)
F. W. Murnau's Nosferatu (1922), an unauthorised adaptation of Bram Stoker's Dracula, follows the estate agent Hutter to the Carpathian castle of Count Orlok, who takes an interest both in a new house in Hutter's town and in Hutter's wife, Ellen. Max Schreck plays Orlok, with Gustav von Wangenheim and Greta Schröder. Jeff Rapsis accompanies this one-night silent screening live.
