Joanne Chang, pastry chef and co-owner of Flour Bakery and the restaurant Myers + Chang, talks with Mount Auburn President and CEO Matthew Stephens in a fireside chat followed by Q&A. Chang opened the first Flour in 2000 and now runs eleven; she won the 2016 James Beard Award for Outstanding Baker. A reception beforehand includes a signing of her cookbook The Joy of Cookies.
