Katherine A. Sherbrooke discusses her fourth novel, This Much is True, in which a veterinarian on her fifty-eighth birthday recognises her daughter’s future father-in-law from “an incident during high school that changed the trajectory of her life.” Sherbrooke’s Leaving Coy’s Hill was a New York Times notable book and a Massachusetts Book Award finalist, and she chaired GrubStreet’s board. Family counselor and novelist Lynne Reeves Griffin joins her.
