Judicial Dialogues on Health and Climate Change
The Petrie-Flom Center gathers judges, litigators and scholars from Africa, Europe and Latin America for a day on climate change, the right to health and the courts. The opening panel seats judges of the International Court of Justice, the Law of the Sea tribunal and the African, European and Inter-American human rights courts; later panels add current and former high-court justices from Colombia, Kenya, Germany and Mexico.
